We source the candidates and promote the day — job board, local channels, our own bench
When you need twelve people, not two. We source the room, promote the day, screen on site, and you make offers before anyone goes home.
No fee for the event itself. You pay the normal temp bill rate or direct-hire fee for the people you actually hire — the recruiting day is how we earn the order, not a separate line item.

Screening, ID/eligibility, and interviews run on site by a VEA recruiter
Held at your facility or ours, whichever gets more people in the door
Nothing on its own. You pay only for the people you hire — the standard hourly bill rate for temp and temp-to-hire, or the one-time fee for a direct placement. If nobody works out, you owe nothing for the day.
It depends on the roles, the pay, and the notice. We will tell you honestly what turnout to expect for your wage and location before you commit to a date — and if the number is too low to be worth your time, we will say so and staff the roles the normal way instead.
Usually the better choice — candidates who see the floor, the shift, and the people self-select more accurately, and starts hold up better. If your site does not suit walk-in traffic we host it at our office instead.
Tell us the role, shift, pay range. A Vermont recruiter will reach out within one business hour during work hours.
