What employers ask before they sign on.
How long is the typical evaluation period?
30 to 90 days is most common, but there’s no minimum. Convert whenever both sides know the fit is right.
Is there a buyout or conversion fee?
No. Temp-to-hire is the path we recommend for most roles precisely because there’s no fee when you’re ready to bring them in-house.
Can we hire them on day one?
If the role is genuinely a direct-hire from the start, we’ll route you to the direct-placement track instead. Temp-to-hire works best when both sides want a trial period.
